Bean Boy

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 13, 2026

Welcome to Bean Boy. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Azalea Cyber Development(“AzaleaCD”, “we”, “us”), based in Alberta, Canada. By playing Bean Boy, you agree to these Terms. They're meant to keep the game fun and fair for everyone, so please read them.

Who can play

You can play Bean Boy as a guest or with an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Bean Boy only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. By using Bean Boy, you confirm you are able to enter into this agreement.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account, so keep your password safe. You can play as a guest without an account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse.

Be cool: fair play

Play fair. Don't cheat, tamper with scores, use bots or automation, exploit bugs to falsify leaderboards, reverse engineer or interfere with the game, or harass other players. We may remove scores, reset progress, or close accounts that break these rules.

Virtual items

Coins and unlockable cosmetics are a license to use them inside Bean Boy. They have no real-world monetary value, can't be redeemed for cash, and may change, expire, or be adjusted as we improve the game. You don't own them, and they can't be transferred or sold outside the game.

Our content

Bean Boy, including its name, art, characters, the Bean, code, sounds, and look and feel, is owned by Azalea Cyber Development and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game for your own enjoyment. Please don't copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our permission.

The game is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep Bean Boy running smoothly, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azalea Cyber Development will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost progress, data, or profits, arising from your use of Bean Boy. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Because Bean Boy is provided free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update the game and these Terms over time. When we make material changes, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued play means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Alberta will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
